Henares University Hospital (Coslada)
The Henares University Hospital project, also known as Coslada Hospital, includes the design, construction, finance, implementation and relocation of the entire infrastructure, a 73.244 m² area, and its essential equipment.
The agreement includes the operation and management of all the non-health services, twelve in total, and all the commercial areas for a 30 year period.
The hospital located in Coslada (Madrid), serves a population of 210.000 inhabitants and it has a total of 187 rooms that are easily extended to 239, for a total capacity of 478 beds. All rooms are double rooms used as singles, which could be expanded to 478 beds.
